  christa... a woman that i wouldn't possibly be able to categorize... tagged me in a meme of sorts full of questions. 11 questions from her to answer, and then 11 that i create for a new set of 11 people to answer... and on it goes! her questions are so thoughtful, i've been excited to answer them since she tagged me... so here goes!

1. What’s your favorite outfit, ever? 

 jeans, tank top, a hand knit sweater, and flip flops 

2. If you could do anything all day tomorrow, what would you do? 

 my first thought is to say knit. but really? i would sit on the beach. all day. long. 

3. You are off on a month long retreat – where are you going, and given that you must pack light, what three non essentials are you taking? 

 i would head to a beach house, any beach at all, and for nonessential items i would take my cell phone, and fancy pens and journals, iced coffee and tea, seltzer and a fabulous knitting project :) 

4. What is your absolutely favorite color? 

 tied between aqua and purple 

5. Nature or city – what’s your habitat? 

 nature, hands down 

6. What book is next to your bed? 

 Heart Thoughts, by Louise Hay, illustrated by Katie Daisy. a truly beautiful, thoughtful collection of affirmations. 

7. What has been the happiest day of your life, so far? 

there is no way i could choose just one. the births of my children, my wedding day... the day i met my husband... date days with each of my children, or with my hubby... life is happy. singling out specific days almost does a disservice to all the happy moments that have passed :) 

8. If you had a eight hour flight and could sit (in first class, of course) with anyone in the world, who would it be? 

 my mom. 

 9. Where are you most relaxed? 

 wherever i can hear the ocean. 

10. Which animal is your favorite? 

dolphins 

11. Anything you want for dinner tonight is yours – what’s on the menu and where would it be served? 

years and years ago i was in france, i think it was in nice, and i had the best pizza in the entire world. it had pepperoni and cheese, and for whatever reason it was simply the. best. ever. that would be on the menu. probably served at that very same outdoor restaurant in the south of france.
